Join us for the Pickleball Mixer Fundraiser!

The fundraiser will take place on Sunday, June 25th from 3:00-5:00 pm at The Birchwood Club (1174 Park Avenue W., Highland Park, IL 60035).

Beginners welcome! - Separate courts will be assigned by experience level with some for beginners and some for experienced players. Players can pick if they would like to play with a partner, solo, or be paired with another player. Mixer organizers may impose time limits on the games (rather than allowing each game to go to 11 points) to ensure sufficient playing time for all participants and to encourage mixing.

Pricing Information:
Everyone will receive appetizers, 8 pickleball courts, and a Birchwood pro for beginners with registration.
Registration can be purchased at $100 (does not include drink tickets) or an individual can sponsor for $180 (includes 2 drink tickets). Sponsors will be recognized at the fundraiser event as well as in the MyMakom email. Sponsorship can be listed as a company or personal name. If you would like your sponsorship to be listed as anonymous please type "anonymous".
Drink tickets must be pre-purchased! Beer tickets are available for $9 and wine tickets are available for $14.

Refunds are not available if the event is moved to the rain date on Sunday, July 2nd from 3:00-5:00 pm.
